Pricing and setup
How much does Lemon Seats cost?
Nothing during early access. The next price will be announced to every restaurant before it applies.
Is there a commission on reservations?
No. During early access, there's no subscription and no commission.
Is there a contract?
No. No commitment, no credit card, and you can stop whenever you like.
How long does setup take?
One 20-minute demo. We set up your floor plan and opening hours with you, and you leave with your booking page ready.
What devices does it work on?
Any device with a web browser: computer, tablet or phone. Nothing to install.
How do I get support?
Write to us through the contact form, with the subject "Support". We reply within one business day.
During service
Can we use several screens at once?
Yes. A change on one screen shows on the others, without reloading the page.
What about walk-ins?
You see which tables are free and until when, then seat the guest with one tap.
What if someone taps the wrong button?
You have ten seconds to undo it. After that, the history shows who did what, and when.
What about no-shows?
A late reservation is flagged after ten minutes, and you mark it as a no-show with one tap. Automatic reminders are coming soon.
Your guests and your data
Do my guests need an account?
No. They book with a name and an email, then change or cancel from the confirmation link, even if the time changes.
Do I get my own booking page?
Yes, under your name, with your logo and colours. You can share its link on your website and social media.
Which languages?
French and English, on the booking page and in the emails.
Who owns the data?
You do. Each restaurant can only access its own data.
The diner platform (coming soon)
Listed or partner: what's the difference?
Listed is free: your restaurant will appear with your usual contact (phone, WhatsApp, social media). As a partner, diners will book online with you directly.
When does the platform open?
Late November 2026 is the plan. Until then, nothing changes for you.
